One query each, nothing estimated.
What is in
Every customer workspace with an active agent, every conversation its agents took part in, every order confirmation a shopper tapped, every cart reminder followed by an order.
What is out
Our own test and demo workspaces, including the demos made on the try page. Preview chats in the dashboard are never stored, so they are never counted.
Where to check
The same figures, as JSON, at api.thredo.ai/api/public/numbers. Counted every ten minutes. A figure that is still zero is left off the page.
