Why we built Thredo.
The problem
Small teams answer the same questions in five apps. Where is my order. Are you open Saturday. Do you deliver to Ireland. It arrives on WhatsApp at 21:00, on Instagram during lunch, and by email overnight — and by the time anyone gets to it the customer has asked someone else.
The tools that exist either treat every channel as a separate inbox, or are built for support teams of forty.
What Thredo does about it
